To place an order for a new prescription, please choose one of the following options:
- Ask your doctor's office to fax us your prescription at: (323) 650-0029
OR
- Give us your doctor's name and telephone number and we would be glad to obtain your prescription from them.
OR
- E-mail us at orders@greatearthpharmacy.com; include your contact information, your physicians contact information (i.e. name and telephone number), and the desired medications and we will take care of the rest.
